The Myslíkova Complex is a group of three seperate residential buildings that are connected on the ground floor.
All of these houses were renovated between 2017 and 2019, the maisonettes on the middle floors were extended and the topmost floor were converted into lofts.
We reconstructed the building to provide our tanents with an excellent standard of living. Our exclusive apartments offer our tenants the highest possible standard of living. Our reconstruction philosphy is to creat apartments with a modern layout and an overall modern design while perserving the historical heritage of the building. In order to achieve this goal we collaborate with prominent archutecture bureaus from all over the world.

KC means that a kitchenette will be in one of the listed rooms of the flat.
There are many restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate surroundings. Right in the street is a Thai restaurant Lemon Leaf, two tea rooms and a „shisa bar“, a pastry shop and a café Las Kamarades, and a restaurants Orlík and Yori with Czech and Asian cuisine just around the corner. Within a one-minute walk you will find a mini-market, rehabilitation center, beauty and hairdressing services, or an ATM. All other services, such as a pharmacy, supermarket, or post office are provided by the Atrium Shopping Gallery on Charles Square.
Within walking distance you have the National Theater, the Vltava embankment and the so-called popular Náplavka, Žofín, park on the island Žofín, Střelecký island – twice the beautiful greenery, Mánes Gallery, or Charles Bridge and of course a beautiful view of the Prague Castle panorama.
The less known sights, but evenly beautiful, in the area include the Church of St. Adalbert – asymmetrical two-nave Gothic building from the 14th century, New Stage of the National Theater on Václav Havel Square, the Orthodox Church of St. Cyril and Methodius, where the assassinators of Deputy Reich Protector Reinhard Heydrich hid during the World War II, the Church of St. Wenceslas originally from the 12th century, or Bethlehem Chapel on Bethlehem Square.
Transport services are excellently covered; provided by tram lines 5 and 27 at the Myslíkova stop – within one minute walking distance, and by lines 3, 6, 14, 18, 22, 23, 24 and 25 at the stops Karlovo náměstí and Jiráskovo náměstí within 5 minutes walk, where on both of them the entrance to the metro station line B Karlovo náměstí can be used.
Parking is possible in the blue residential zones in front of the house, or you can arrange a permanent parking space in the garages of the National Theater (about 5 minutes walk). Your visits will surely appreciate the purple non-residential parking zones along the entire street.
In the vicinity of Myslíkova Complex you will find several parks of surprising size. Within five minutes you will even reach Charles Square – the largest square in the Czech Republic, which is in whole converted into a forest park. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a park on the island of Žofín, then Zítek’s Gardens near Pod Emauzy Square and on the opposite bank of the Vltava river is a recreational park on the Children's Island or Diezenhofer’s Gardens. In most of them you will also find playgrounds, sometimes even two.
Within five minutes walk there are three kindergartens, the elementary school in Resslova Street, and this also applies for high schools and universities.
