Residence Na Struze 5
Residence Na Struze 5
Unlike most apartment buildings in the historic center of Prague, this house gives its residents the luxury of a single apartment per one floor. Those includes several unique design features such as renovated original sliding doors, enfilades, integration of the beam structure into the roof apartment space, or an extra double set of windows for even greater lightness.
Spacious apartments with an area of more than 120 square meters are designed as 4+kk and their standard meet the highest demands of modern rental housing, in addition to the genius loci of the historic center of Prague. The only exception is a studio apartment of 47m2 on the ground floor, which in turn has a front garden.
