Residence Na Zderaze 10
Residence Na Zderaze 10
A historic house in Na Zderaze Street represents exactly why you want to live in the center of Prague. The corner location gave the Art Nouveau building beautiful oriels and unconventional balconies, while history itself took care of the rest. The off-street solution of the adjacent streets is due to the fact that the house stands directly on the ground plan of a thousand-year-old Prague settlement Zderaz, which was also popular with King Vratislaus. The present appearance of the place and its surroundings dates back to 1900, the boundaries of the settlement were included in it and are still visible to this day.
Several types of flats oriented to the west and south, including an unconventional V-shaped layout, offer a truly stylish living and at the same time guarantee that every sun beam is thoroughly used. The reconstruction took into account all the requirements of modern, but also stylish living in the UNESCO heritage zone.
